【重要】不正行為への対応について

「METAL SLUG ATTCK」をお楽しみいただき、誠にありがとうございます。

「METAL SLUG ATTCK」ではアプリケーションご利用規約を定めており、
その利用規約に違反する不正行為が確認できた場合は、アカウント停止などの厳しい対応をおこなっています。

運営チームでは、不正行為に対しては徹底的な取り締まりを今後も継続しておこない、皆様が安心してプレイできる環境を維持できるよう努めて参ります。

ご利用の皆様には以下内容を今一度をご確認いただき、
利用規約に沿ってゲームをお楽しみくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

■不正行為の例
・いわゆるチート行為
　└弊社が認めていないツールやプログラムの利用、パソコンのエミュレーターの利用などにより、本来のプレイ方法よりも有利に進める行為
　└アプリデータを改ざんし、通常では起こりえない挙動でバトルをおこなう行為
・リアルマネートレード（RMT）をおこなう行為
・不正行為を助長する行為
・その他法令、利用規約に反する行為
・当社あるいは第三者を誹謗中傷したり、その名誉や信用を毀損したり、そのプライバシーを侵害する行為
・当社が意図していない動作（不具合、バグ、誤作動を含みますがそれに限られません）を利用し、自己または第三者の利益を得ることを目的とする行為

■不正行為に対する対処例
不正行為を検知、確認次第、通知なくアカウントの永久停止など、その行為に準じた厳しい対処をおこなっております。
アカウント停止の場合、そのアカウントでは「METAL SLUG ATTCK」を二度とプレイすることはできません。
また、いかなる場合でもアカウント停止、およびペナルティの解除はできません。
あらかじめご了承ください。

- Examples of Cheating
・The act of cheating.

・The act of encouraging cheating.
・Any other act that violates the law or the Terms of Service.

・Acts that aim to benefit oneself or a third party by using actions (including, but not limited to, glitches, bugs, and malfunctions) that are not intended by the Company.

- Examples of Actions Against Cheating
As soon as we detect and confirming cheating, we will take strict actions, including permanent account suspension without notice.
If your account is suspended, you will not be able to play "METAL SLUG ATTACK" again under that account.
Account suspension and penalties will not be lifted under any circumstances.

・Actos de difamación hacia nuestra empresa o a terceros, daño a su honor y credibilidad, o invasión de su privacidad.
・Actos de desarrollo, distribución o uso de herramientas o programas con el propósito de uso no autorizado, o inducir, solicitar o ayudar a un tercero a hacerlo, o acciones con el potencial de hacerlo.

- Ejemplos de acciones contra los tramposos (cheaters)
Tan pronto como detectemos y confirmemos a los tramposos, tomaremos medidas estrictas, incluida la suspensión permanente de la cuenta sin previo aviso.
Si su cuenta es suspendida, no podrá volver a jugar "METAL SLUG ATTACK" con esa cuenta.
Además, la suspensión de la cuenta y las sanciones no se levantarán en ninguna circunstancia.

　└애플리케이션 데이터를 조작해 평상시에는 일어날 수 없는 거동으로 배틀을 행하는 행위
·리얼머니 트레이드(RMT)를 행하는 행위
·부정행위를 조장하는 행위
·기타 법령, 이용규약에 반하는 행위
·당사 혹은 제3자를 비방하거나 그 명예 및 신용을 훼손, 그러한 프라이버시를 침해하는 행위
·당사가 의도하지 않은 동작 (오류, 버그, 오작동이 포함됩니다만 그것에만 한정되지는 않습니다)을 이용하여, 자신 혹은 제 3자의 이익을 취득하는 것을 목적으로 하는 행위

■부정행위에 대한 대처
부정행위를 감지, 확인하는 대로 통지없이 계정의 영구정지 등, 그 행위에 준한 엄격한 대처를 실시하고 있습니다.
계정 정지 시 해당 계정에서 'METAL SLUG ATTACK'을 더는 플레이 할 수 없습니다.
또한 어떠한 경우에도 계정 정지 및 패널티 해제가 불가능합니다.
