Osaka, Japan — SNK Corporation today announced an April 24, 2026 release date for Wolfgang Krauser, the next DLC fighter for Season 2 of FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves. His arrival will form part of a major update to the game, coinciding with the first anniversary of its release. A special anniversary stream will also air on April 23, 2026 to celebrate the occasion.

Wolfgang Krauser made his debut as the final boss of FATAL FURY 2 (1992), the second installment in the series. A six-foot-five colossus boasting deadly strikes and formidable reach, he is battle personified—with a distinctive cross-shaped scar on his forehead to show for it. EOST: Krauser’s single-player RPG adventure sees him stalk the streets of South Town to further his sinister ambitions. How has the City of the Wolves changed in his absence? Where does his focus now fall?

The Legend Edition bundles the base game with Season Passes 1 and 2—a perfect way to enjoy the franchise’s appeal for newcomers and veterans alike!

Season Pass 2 will feature six characters, with one character scheduled for release every month. The Season 2 lineup includes Kim Jae Hoon, Nightmare Geese, Blue Mary, and Wolfgang Krauser from the Fatal Fury series, plus two mystery characters who will be announced at a later date. The FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves Legend Edition, which bundles the base game with Season Pass 1 and Season Pass 2, is available for $49.99 / €49.99 and grants access to existing fighters as well as all new Season 2 arrivals upon their release.
