RANKED MATCH
Competitive online matches where your rank fluctuates.
Matches take place under established rules as players fight for ultimate supremacy on a global scale, their rankings determined by wins and losses.
Ranks
Ranked Matches are fought across 12 ranks in total. Star-based divisions (★ to ★★★★★) also exist at ranks Iron Wolf through Diamond Wolf.
Fewer ★ means a lower rank.
Example ranks (low to high): IRON WOLF ★★★★★ → BRONZE WOLF ★ → BRONZE WOLF ★★ → BRONZE WOLF ★★★
Rank promotion at Newcomer through Diamond Wolf is determined by how many Rank Points (RP) you currently have. Earn enough RP and you'll rise up the ranks!
For Legendary Wolf and beyond, a separate grading system—Legendary Rate (LR)—is used.
Rev it up online, conquer the competition, and hunt down the elusive GAROU rank—the greatest of them all!
Ranks are assigned by character. Legendary Rates reset at the start of each Ranked Match phase.
(A single phase lasts approximately three months.)
When playing a Ranked Match for the first time, you'll be asked to select your skill level from one of the following: Newcomer, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
This helps the game assign an appropriate initial rank.
FIGHTER'S HUB
Fighter's Hub contains a matchmaking toggle for Ranked Matches.
Enable it and leave Fighter's Hub to start the matchmaking process.
Do the same with the Casual Match toggle to search for Ranked and Casual Match opponents simultaneously.
You'll see something like this at the top of the screen whenever the game is trying to match you to an opponent.
* You can stand by in Training Mode while waiting for a match. If you enter a mode where standby isn't supported, the game will stop searching for opponents.
